365 days of 3 minute workouts!

You probably are not aware that I have taped over 365 days of 3 minute workouts,

to document the success of this program. These videos are real and raw shot in front of my computer in my office.

(in other words not the best quality)

I reviewed some of them today and was amazed at the results. I had forgotten how much I had gained from the program.

NOTICE I didn’t say lost.

The fact is I did lose pounds, but what I gained was so much more important. This program benefits so many aspects of my life.

  • my confidence level has increased 100% I could hardly believe my eyes. The way I now act and dress is a direct affect of this program, compared to the initial videos I recorded I am a new woman.

  • my finances, since the formation of this program I have finally got ahold of my spending and have paid off multiple bills, it is such a blessing.

  • my energy level is high almost all the time.

  • my GI system has never worked so well. A lifetime of constipation since childhood, now a totally new regimen that is a no fail system.

  • my spiritual life is strong and always giving me new insight and ideas to make the world a better place, just by taking action.
