The 3 minute oath:
I believe in the 3 minute way to weight loss
I believe we don’t need no stinkin gym clothes
I will incorporate exercise into my day throughout the day
I will only eat when I am hungry
I will learn to discern when I am hungry
I will push my plate away
I will wait 20 minutes before considering seconds, and then only if I am still hungry
I will not confuse hunger with thirst, boredom, a certain time of day or habit
I will drink ice water before every meal 6-8 glasses per day
I will not eat in my car
I will eat foods that nourish my body
I will not eat food that causes me to gain weight
I will take a FAST FOOD FAST FOREVER
I will eat in an uncluttered, peaceful environment
I will eat in full view of others. (no covert eating)
I will not eat after 8 pm
If I mess up I will get up brush myself off and get back on the bike!
