The 3 minute style is really a combination of everything I love and I think I can show you how to create your own unique style in just a few steps.
Defining your style is one of the most important steps in making this program a winner for you. Maybe you already have killer style and know how to rock it. But wait a minute, when was the last time you looked in the mirror and said “Perfect”? Are you still waiting until you lose those last few pounds or those first 10 to invest in that outfit that you just adore? Those jeans, that skirt, that top? How many times did you change your clothes before you walked out the door today? Were you considering bring a brown paper bag with you (to put over your head) in case you run into that old flame or that nosey neighbor.

3 minute style is a combination of everything I love. It is all about combinations. I love to combine, classic with boho or cowboy with lace or simple classic and a surprise. Textures are vital as well as comfort. If a thing is not comfortable no matter how much you are “killin it”, it’s just not worth the pain ..
Let’s not forget this one rule of style: accessorize accessorize accessorize..but never over accessorize
A simple accessory if the right one can make an otherwise ho-hum outfit go SHA-BAM!!! This does not mean you will have to go out and buy an entire new wardrobe. You will be surprised at what is lurking in your closet, with just a few tweaks and combinations, becomes a fabulous look for you.
There is nothing worse than working your tail off to lose weight and then get on the scale and find that it hasn’t budged or worse you “GAINED”. I have found that the key to continuing on your weight loss journey and not going into that old rabbit hole of disappointment, discouragement and disillusionment, is through fashion. I don’t mean to sound shallow, but putting on a jacket that fits perfectly is heaven on earth.

To be able to walk out of your house knowing that you look great, without having lost a pound is called confidence and confidence, boosts our naturally occurring neurotransmitter called Dopamine, which in turn gives us feelings of well being. It works to motivate you to do what you have been putting off to reach that weight loss goal. Perhaps it is taking a walk or going on a hike or doing a 15 minute workout. Do you see where I am going with this? Looking good to feel good is a win win strategy!
