Duh! Ok it may be the obvious answer but think about this. Do you want know why you have failed all the other times you have tried? Even though this is a pocket fitness program, it has a lot of bang for the buck, which includes uncovering the why behind your weight. If you want permanent weight loss and lifestyle change this is for you.
What massive action are you willing to take to achieve your goals?
Yes this is an easy way to incorporate fitness into your life. 3 minutes at a time. It does however take a commitment of one year to see results and for you to grow a pair. You will be doing your fitness mostly in the privacy of your home or office, but there will be times that you will be in public, people will see you. For instance you are at the copy machine waiting. While waiting you start jogging in place or do some standing crunches. Do you have the balls for that? Think of yourself as part of a revolution. Because that is what it is.
How do you see yourself now and how do you see yourself in one year?
It’s important to get a visual of what you want, while keeping it real. There are fashion tweaks that I can give you that will improve the way you see yourself right now. This program strongly believes that if you look good, you will feel good and when you feel good you look better. Are you feeling that?

This program was designed for everyone to be able to incorporate some sort of fitness into their lives. As with any fitness program you should consult you physician prior to starting.

Do you want/need someone to tell you what to eat?
You most likely have consumed tons of weight loss info over the years, and have a library of diet books plus an endless supply of healthy eating sites on the wonderful world wide web. So no, I do not do that. You got this girl You already have that piece of it. I can encourage you to stay on the wagon and show you how but ultimately it is up to you.

I will show you how to get back in touch with your values, purpose and mission. So you have the motivation you need to succeed.
I will show you the beauty of getting back on the bike. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall off, it’s all about getting back on the bike. Trust me you will make progress.
I will share nutritional plans and help you create a caloric deficit and clean it up while you are at it.
In these times we need to be ultra aware of our environment and how to protect our bodies and our loved ones from all the free radicals and toxins
You will also receive insider tips from a registered nurse who has seen it all. Nurses know things.
Although not always associated with fitness. I give you fashion tips so you can feel beautiful right from the get go.
You will look better and feel better when you are stylin. This enhances your feel good hormones and helps motivate you.
