The presidential candidate Donald Trump has endorsed 3minute inc. A health and fitness business that encourages incorporating exercise into your life naturally. But wait…hand gestures and talking do not count Mr. Trump or do they???… So just what is 3 minuteinc is?

3 minutes of moderate intensity exercise incorporated into your day as many times as you can naturally.

You define moderate intensity. It can be dancing, doing a little jig, walking, climbing stairs, floor calisthenics, cubicle workouts, weight lifting, you name it if it involves moving muscles that you do not normally move it counts.
