EAT MORE WEIGH LESS???

WHAT A CROCK!

Is it just me or does that theory not make any sense?

My daughter who is 25 years old recently joined a gym and is now in her 2 week training session. Yesterday she informed me that the trainer was telling her that she needs to eat 5-6 small meals a day and that made her think of me because she knows what I stand for. He was also trying to sell her on the whole protein drink and supplements idea, which is also a CROCK.

You see my daughter had an illness and had to be on medication that made her want to eat all the time. She went from 120 to 180 pounds in a year.  Last summer she was able to get off the medication and has lost 20 pounds, without doing anything except eating normally or less and only when she is hungry.  Now that she is exercising she will begin to drop even more, I guarantee you,

OUR BODIES ARE WONDERFULLY MADE!

There is nothing wrong with the design. The problem arises when we eat out of boredom and habit, instead of when we are hungry. This theory of eating 5-6 small meals a day which by the way is the weight watchers theory… works. However once you get tired of eating like that (because it is not normal), you WILL gain the weight back. The whole idea behind it,  is that you are trying to trick the hunger hormones into thinking that you are never hungry.  Those hormones are there for a purpose and we should not be messing with them.

Are you victim to this kind of crock of s_ _ _  too? Do you believe it? If you said yes I’m going to go coocoo bananas on you! Trust me there is only one way to lose weight…eat less and exercise more.
