HOW TO MANIFEST FLAT ABS WITH AFFIRMATIONS

If you have watched any of my videos you have probably noticed that I freely critique my own body…frequently and negatively I might add.

BEER BELLY, SPARE TIRE, BIG GUT…are all terms I would use to describe my abdominal area.

I stopped doing that some time ago as it became detrimental to what I was trying to accomplish here.

I began using AFFIRMATIONS

“I HAVE FLAT ABS”  became part of my daily mantra.

I have to be honest I do not have a six pack by any stretch of the imagination. 
But I can feel my abdominal muscles and people who have not seen me in awhile see the difference.

Another great affirmation is saying, “I DON’T LIKE SWEETS OR I DON’T EAT BREAD”.. Do you see where I’m going with this? 

WHAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH COMES TO PASS.

If you are constantly dissing yourself do not expect great results.

King David uses affirmations throughout his entire life.

Jennifer Lopez uses affirmations as one of her beauty secrets.

So get up and work hard….HIGH STEP IT TO FLAT ABS TODAY!
