I STOPPED DOING THESE THREE THINGS AND GAINED 10 POUNDS!

I was stopping almost daily for a FREE SENIOR PEPSI AT TACO BELL.

Yes they have them. I found this out purely by accident and actually I was insulted the first time I was offered one but then “light bulb” I said OKAY WHY NOT!

I had a very stressful pre holiday season, not with the stress of the season, but with a co-worker at my “other” job. I won’t go into details, but let’s just say there was some psychotic behavior that was not mine and it had to be dealt with. 

The job itself is a stressor and little by little over the past 2 months I was finding myself with less and less time.

One of cardinal rules of 3 minute inc is:

IF YOU CANT GIVE YOURSELF 3 MINUTES FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH…TIME TO CALL THE REALTOR.

Yes I could not even give myself 3 minutes to do the workout. NOW THATS BAD. Because I have been doing this for 4 years. 

It is part of my life. It would be like me stopping brushing my teeth because I didn’t have time. 

I FELT SO GROSS and angry and frustrated, so guess what happened then?

I started breaking the second rule:

DON’T EAT AFTER 8PM

I must admit I was very aware of it and just decided well I might as well do it up good and break them all.

THEN I DID IT I BROKE THE #1 MOTHER CARDINAL RULE OF 3 MINUTE INC.

I STOPPED DRINKING ICE WATER.

I was stopping almost daily for a FREE SENIOR PEPSI AT TACO BELL. Yes they have them. I found this out purely by accident and actually I was insulted the first time I was offered one but then “light bulb” I said OKAY WHY NOT!  This replaced my ice water but as you know it does not really hydrate you (soda is sodium which is salt and actually creates more thirst) and is addicting.

So making lemonade here out of a lemon of a holiday, (really it was a total bust in terms of my overall health) I decided to let you watch me lose it. 

I know I can because my system works. So this is really an opportunity. By the way I don’t really know how much I gained but know that my skinny pants don’t fit the same and I can’t button my double breasted pea coat blazer. 

So starting tomorrow I will be posting a daily picture of moi and the actual process, amount of 3 minute workouts, ice water consumed and adherence to the NPO after 8pm. Join me and take the challenge to incorporate 3minutes of exercise into your day to total 30 minutes.  Join the revolution here.
