I stopped doing my 3 minute workout and am suffering the consequences
I’m finding it is hard to get back into because I’m so tired
I have pain because I stopped moving
I am out of shape because I stopped getting cardio
I am depressed because all of the above
I feel fat because all of the above.
Just get back on the bike, start somewhere anywhere, just get yourself up. brush off the dirt and get back on the bike!! That is the Italian way.
To begin with one minute is a start. That is what I am doing now, plus incorporating wall push-ups in ladies room as many as I can. One minute plank is easy to do. One minute of stair stepper easy peasy. Get outside and get fresh air. Think strength, think health, think fit.
When you chose life you empower your creative subconscious mind to assist you in the process and you will find supernatural strength to do the things you never thought you could.
