WHAT 4 ELEMENTS TO LOOK FOR IN A TRAINING PROGRAM

YOU CAN DO ONE MORE…Those are the words of any good fitness trainer.

You may think you can do this all by yourself. But why would you if you could have someone else just to say “you can do one more”

I have taken on a challenge to workout in a gym for the next year to achieve the level of fitness I want. I know I know my logo is “we don’t need no stinkin gym” but I was inspired by a colleague who is in tremendous shape and believes in all the things that 3 minuteinc promotes and lives by. He has a program that he created after 6 years of working out like a dog in the gym. He has done a ton of research on diet and just how much time in the gym one needs to get results. This guy has honed in on how to do it in just 30 minutes 3 times a week. So naturally I was hooked, as a I am a follower of the 3 factor. It seemed to fit right in with my program anyway. Also I was at a level in the 3 minute program that actually gave me a foot up and made going to the gym a doable thing. Not to mention my employer purchased a corporate membership that made it also very financially attractive and double plus the gym is only 5 minutes from my house so BOOM!

Here I am today working out with my trainer that comes with the membership and I actually said to her “I don’t think I can do another crunch” and she said “yes you can” and I did.

I so want to be that to someone. I know it would not be exactly the same working with an online fitness trainer but I think it could work and I would love to work with you.

I’m asking you to give it a try. Don’t be all by yourself during the holiday season to fend off all the tempting not good for you goodies and the tendency to become inactive in colder weather. Let me be your holiday trainer. Together we can get through them without a scratch.

  4. Fourth we decide just how much cardio you need and how many times a week you need to do it.
