Keeping your eye on the target

Published by Jan on

In a recent post I revealed the six most important tasks in life are in order to succeed. Love, forgiveness, patience, gratitude, courage, which are all good and awesome but without the 6th one are just words….FOCUS. You have to keep bringing your thoughts back to love, to forgiveness, patience, gratitude and courage, that is the focus, the fine tuning the ability to keep your eye on the target.

It was a post about 2020 vision, and how this year 2020 was to be the year of clarity. I explained that 2020 vision was not really perfect vision It all comes down to focus, and focus comes down to taking care of what is important.

I am fine tuning my e-course and I came across this excerpt which I must say is enlightening, brilliant and goes beyond the normal yada yada weight loss jargon. I would almost say it is anointed, as it lays before you a perfect blueprint for how to achieve almost any goal. Whether it is moving on from a painful relationship, a nowhere job, a hamster wheel diet and exercise program this little bit of info will blow your mind and any other info you have been considering out of the water.

So open your minds and take a peek….

That statement right above there is pure genius. Just imagine, practicing focusing on the kind of love you deserve, or your body free from pain and excess weight. Focus on what you can do today to make someones day better, or how to properly nourish your body. The more we focus the better we become on that task.

Now there is a little sentence in that quote above that is the one that cements this whole thing together and really any of the curves life throws you.

Recognize your negative thoughts and emotions. They will always hold you back. Start doing the things that diminish them so that your positive thought processes can emerge. block.
