MY UNBELIEVABLE TRIPLE THREAT SUCCESS STORY
One of the most important things I teach in my

is knowing what the biggest obstacles to achieving your goals are and how to defeat them.
Lately I have found myself engulfed in the midst of three of the biggest ones:
MAJOR LIFE EVENT
WOW isn’t that just peachy for me?
The good news and there is always good news…is I haven’t resorted to my usual stress eating. In fact I am right on track and doing all the things I recommend in my class.
Major Life Events whether happy or sad can be stressful. My son is getting married in less than a week and as mother of the groom, I decided I wanted to cook the meal for the rehearsal dinner.
14 pans of lasagna later,
I was feeling pretty darn good about my preparedness level, when my daughter’s illness began to exacerbate and on top of that I somehow developed a pinched sciatic nerve and my left foot has gone numb.
So there you have it the TRIPLE TRHEAT of all obstacles.
MAJOR LIFE EVENT
Luckily I have been on a juicing path and have found the benefit of doing this during stressful times. I absolutely love the carrot, ginger, apple and kale combo.
I do this for 2 meals a day. I also took my own advice of continuing to work out the uninjured body parts that are not affected by injury. I have been lifting heavy weights for my arm workout careful not to strain my back. Also my chiropractor said to CONTINUE TO WALK AND STAND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE … so there you go, I am not stress eating I feel great ( except for my numb leg and pain in my a_ _ all thanks to

This is an example of another kind of obstacle and how one woman handled it..
