During this global standstill due to the Coronavirus. I have noticed many “no gym” sites popping up all over Insta. While I am of course all for it, there is just one little catch. Do you have what it takes to really create your own gym?
3 minute inc. Has been around for a long time. I have perfected my technique and this program to be tailored to each participant needs. What I mean by that is: Everyone has their own “why” behind their weight gain. This program digs down to that level, so that you can be successful in any endeavor to lose weight, build muscle, get tone, etc.
This is the mother of no gym
has been here
and still killin it
And by gym I mean incorporating fitness into your day naturally. The whole idea is that it becomes something you do every day and if you miss it you feel gross. Just like not brushing your teeth. (I hope that makes you feel gross)
Just saying here, it’s time you give this a try. I mean 3 minutes is not too much to ask for. Soon it just kind of snowballs into 6 minutes then 9, then before you know it you have 30 minutes of short bursts of moderate intensity exercise under you belt. Which experts have said is the best type of exercise for those of us who are over 40, or 50.
So if your body just doesn’t respond the way it should with all those wonderful diets and exercise programs, maybe it’s because you need to do this program.
I have been doing this since 2012, and when I stop for whatever reason, I begin to feel crappy, and the older I get I also lose muscle tone. So damn girl, I am never going to stop. It is great for this current time, where our whole world is upside down. Doing a short burst of this type of movement, produces feel good hormones and stimulates your neurotransmitters to fire which in turn boosts your dopamine. It is a win win scenario.
