Better Ways to Spend it!

The 3minute workout is a good way to start the day!

Get up do one and then incorporate these little workouts into your day throughout your day.

It’s a sacrifice,

and requires that you actually carve out a little space in your day for yourself. You might have to get up early to do this. With practice however it will become a habit.

I have made a few sacrifices since the onset of my journey doing 3minuteinc.

I have given up chocolate.

Let me clarify that…..I have resolved to

ONLY EAT GOOD CHOCOLATE.

None of that crap that people bring into the office to get it out of their homes or just to be “nice”

The other thing is STARBUCKS,

not that I have an issue with Starbucks or that my drink was really high in caloric value. It was just that the price just kept going up and up and I thought there has got to be a better way to spend THAT money

I now set aside what I think I would have drank in Starbucks each month and give to a couple of charities.

I’m just sayin

“If you wanna be somebody, if you wanna go somewhere, you gotta wake up and pay attention.”

  • Being aware of your attitude is a big part of making this thing work for you.

  • Respect yourself and you will control your destiny.

As you can see there is so much more to this program than 3 minutes of exercise. Isn’t it time you get the whole skinny on it?
