I lost 10 pounds for about a minute!

That’s what my good friend told me this weekend referring to her success with NUTRI-SYSTEMS DIET, she had been on. She went on to say that she quickly gained it back on her recent trip back east to visit her son.  She asked me, “Don’t you eat 3 meals a day, mid morning snack, afternoon snack and after dinner snack? I told her ,

“I’m not a Hobbit I only eat when I am hungry”

Eating like that is not natural and only opens the door to more and more and more which only equates with weight gain.

Her next statement breaks my heart,
