You have been faithful in following your new path of healthy habits that you created with simple repetition and the presence of new rewards and you are seeing results.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please don’t coast.

Many of us ( I mean me) reach a point when after successfully achieving a goal, instead of setting new ones and continuing doing what was working, we begin to coast. “Oh look I just lost 3 pounds, I think I will skip the walk today or the extra 3minutes.”


This is the worst scenario possible because it reinforces old patterns and actually creates a new pathway of backsliding also known as BS

 So stop the BS now.

If you have lost some weight or have been faithfully following the interval sprint training and are seeing results, toot your horn and keep going through.
