About 3 weeks ago, say a week before Halloween or even 2 weeks before. Your’e feeling pretty fit, your clothes are fitting well, and when you look in the mirror you are happy.

You decide to buy a couple bags of Halloween candy just in case you get some trick or treaters. You think you should try one of each bag, and damn those are good. They are in such cute little tiny packages, maybe having one or two wont hurt and you can always go get more for the kids.

You end up eating not one but two bags of each in that 2 week period. Still fitting into your clothes you think I got away with it. You snap yourself out of the sugar stupor and say I have to get off this crazy railroad track right now!

You get back on track eating right, exercising, doing all the right things…

Then it happens you begin to feel uncomfortable in your clothes, you see your reflection and you are shocked at that big belly and butt. Who is that I am seeing? You ask yourself. You get depressed because gee you have been eating right and doing all the right things consistently for 3-4 weeks, you should be losing not gaining.

it’s not a pretty sight!

Well here’s the thing, you are experiencing the 3 WEEK REVEAL. It takes your body at least 3 weeks to show the affects of bingeing. Yes you heard me correct. You have been on a binge and there are consequences.

How do I know this? Because it just happened to me. That is why you should follow me. Not because I am a bad example.

  • Am I 20 or 30 something with a hard toned body?
  • NO!
  • Do I consistenly stick to my program and gain the multiple health and weight loss benefits?
  • NO!
  • Am I fat?
  • NO!

I am just like you. Together we can encourage each other, slap that candy out of each others hands (virtually) and become healthy and fit. I am 100% convinced that my program works. I did it faithfully for 5 years and my body was fit and firm in places that most 63 year old women would not dare to expose. I am talking about my arms. I can tell you upper body is the easiest place to start.

A simple routine of doing 60 wall push ups everytime you have to use the restroom will give you results. Try it for yourself. In a matter of weeks if done consistently you will see results.
