HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR NATURAL DIET

Published by Jan on

“You need more protein in your diet,” I told my 13 year old grand daughter as I watched her nibble on a miniscule portion of scrambled eggs on her breakfast plate. “Oh I’m not on a diet, thank you” was her response.

She wasn’t being a smart ass either. She just thought I meant she needed to be on a diet. By the way she doesn’t have an ounce of fat on her and would love to survive on sunflower seeds and apples.

That is her primary diet. Which brings me to the subject of the natural diet. Simply put; it is the food in which you put into your mouth and eat.

The only way to know what your diet is, is to start tracking…like today. The quicker you start tracking your food intake the easier it is to start creating your own natural diet.

Now you are probably thinking wait a  minute. She is trying to get me to go ON A DIET.  No you can’t be farther from the truth. Which is just what I told my granddaughter. There are certain foods our bodies need to build new cells and muscles and keep healthy. If you start tracking and see that “Gee I am not getting enough vitamin B in my diet or protein or fat” or whatever, then you can adjust to make it a healthy diet.

My grand daughter does not need to lose weight, but she does need to have protein to have healthy bones and strong muscles and good teeth.

Trust me without the correct diet, all your weight loss attempts mean JACK, ZIP, NADA!

The trick is to make the good foods the ones you want. You can do this by knowing what they are and making sure you add them to your diet at least once a week. It may require some trial and err. You might find that it is too difficult or that you like it too much meaning you eat too much of it. So it becomes a mission, a skill, an art. In my PROTEIN POWER PUNCH REPORT. I will show you how I did it and all the foods that I added to make the change permanent in my life.

I can tell you I knew this sh_t just got real when I could pass up a French fry from my grand daughters McDonalds lunch. When I would rather wait all day to eat (practicing fasting) than to go to a fast food joint or eat whatever grunge food was in the employee dining room. When I crave tuna fish sandwich, or applesauce and walnuts. When a boiled egg on top of a salad is more tempting than a greasy taco.  You see I am not depriving myself anymore, I prefer it. It is what my body wants and what feels good to me the day after. It is my natural diet.

Tell me this have you ever eaten something one day and the next day you pay for it with stomach pains, or headaches or just feeling off. Food can do all those things to you especially if high in sugar. Yet as addicts we continue to suffer through it for one last bite of whatever it is. You will know this sh_t just got real when you can finally say…mmm Naaa, I would rather not have the pain tomorrow.

In my course the Happy Weight Loss plan. I take you through all the steps to reach this level. Yes you could do it without the course, but why navigate through unknown waters without a compass. I have charted the course for you and have overcome all the obstacles you will encounter. You might still have to deal with them too, but at least you will be prepared. Check out the class here.
