TO ECLAIR OR NOT TO ECLAIR? That is the question.

choclate eclairDo you ever feel like, “What the hell, I might as well eat a whole six pack of chocolate eclairs!” ?

If your answer is yes, I can totally relate. I have had that same feeling lately especially every time I go to this one particular grocery store, that sells an actual 6 pack of eclairs for $5.oo.

I think about how long it has been since I have had one. I think about the many different tastes and textures an eclair has in it. The smooth chocolate ganache topping, the flakey pastry, and the creamy vanilla filling inside.

Because I know myself very well. I know that I will not be able to eat JUST ONE. I would eat the whole six pack of them.

Which stops me cold in my tracks until I look in the mirror the next day and see that I am still the size I was the day before and the day before that. Then I think, what the hell, I might as well eat the whole six pack of chocolate eclairs.

What really stops me is that although I do not have the svelt and fit body that I once had,

  • I have not gained any weight since I have started the 3 minute workout.

  • I have lost weight and

  • I have definition in my arms and legs.

The other thing is Facebook. Have you ever while on Facebook caught of glimpse of one of your long lost friends whose appearance is…well not the same as you remember them?  I won’t go into details but recently I did and it made me realize that although I’m not where I want to be now.

  • I can still fit into the same clothes I have had for the past 5-7 years. ( I buy classic pieces that I have every intention of wearing until they are worn out)

  • I have made progress and what I am doing is working.

  • I have made lifestyle changes, and

  • eclairs are just not part of my life anymore.

With 3 minuteinc. you can change your life.

So the answer to the question to Eclair or not to eclair is a resounding NO!
