I recently decided to try a version of the KETO style of eating.

I can see that it could definitely have some great fat burning effects, and weight loss is achievable, but be careful, here is the truth about it:

#1. No matter what there still has to be a caloric deficit

#2. Unless you are sweating or huffing and puffing during exercise you are not burning fat.

#3. It’s all about getting sugar out of your diet and decreasing carbs.

I love to cook and love trying new recipes out. The whole idea about this particular KETO style is that you do not have to count calories and yes I get it. Counting calories can be a drag. But on the other hand it is really easy to go way over what your basic needs are and possibly gaining weight in the process. My solution is the  Once in the club you shoot me an email with your particular likes or diet you want to follow and I will calculate it all out for you including the recipes.
