Using nature for style guide

When it comes to health and fitness the word style doesn’t always come into mind. I beg to differ. Style can take you out of the doldrums, which keeps you from working out, eating healthy and accomplishing tasks.

Fall is in the air and the colors abound. Rich warm and vibrant. Taking a cue from nature to form a color palette is one way to boost you out of the doldrums. Go out and experience the colors, pick up a few luscious chestnuts, some brilliant fallen leaves, moss, whatever catches your eye. Bring them home and see how they can liven up a room, or your wardrobe.
