WEIGHT LOSS FOR MATHEMATICIANS or why do I need to lose weight?

Yes you read that right!

There is a mathematical formula for why you should lose weight.

So just to let you know I am not a math head at any level, but I did have to learn something about physics when my VW Bug was totaled and I had to prove to my insurance company that the damage to my car, was the result of the law of motion.

FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE ACTION, and TORQUE and ROTATIONAL INERTIA!

Do I sound smart or what?

What all that means is that my car was hit with such an impact that it spun around several times before coming to a stop and the damage occurred from it scraping on the other drivers vehicle as it turned around.

So how does that equate with weight loss and why you need to lose weight?

Easy! The bone structure of our bodies are meant to carry only so much body weight. As we gain and gain and gain, we add torque to the frame which creates pressure on the supporting structure setting us up for damage to the existing structure.  Not to mention pain and eventually limitation to activity.

In other words, if your butt is so big that it pulls on your sacrum or pelvis you will have back pain. Conversely if your stomach is so big that it pulls on your spine you will have back pain. If you are overall obese you will eventually have knee problems. Those babies will be ground down to dust.

I hate to be Debby Downer but it is the truth and the law of physics proves it. However hold on there is hope. You can lose it if you make up your mind to and incorporate the teachings of this site into you life.

3 minutes of exercise is not asking too much.
