WHAT IS NATURAL WEIGHT LOSS?

is losing weight without using supplements, miracle herbs, diets, exercise program, gyms or other un-NATURAL actions. Our bodies our wonderfully made.

We have muscles, that hold together a complex structure of bones, and organs. Each part of the body has a unique purpose. These bodies are not meant to be sedentary.

Muscles are there to be strong

and if not used they will be useless. God created our bodies with a unique system of chemicals and hormones that balance every function.

Science has uncovered some of these mysteries, but is it really necessary to try to manipulate this delicate balance by eating a certain way or taking un natural supplements.

Who knows?  

I posted this picture of the eye because it is a perfect example of how the body takes care of itself. There is a verse in the bible that says, “protect me as you would the pupil of your eye.” How do we protect our pupils, with a simple “blink.”  It is not something we even have to think about, our body does it for us. When something foreign gets in the eye, it begins to water until the foreign object is expelled.

This is NATURAL.

Are you getting the drift here? If you wake up in the morning and you are not hungry…don’t eat until you are. That would be natural, but because of science and the constant influx of information telling us what to eat when to eat, many people now eat to lose weight now. Which to me is not natural and does not make sense.

Yes I know the principle behind it..but trust me if you eat when you are hungry, and use your body in the way it was intended to be used,

you will lose weight.
