WHY DIETS SHOULD BE 1 OF THE 7 DEADLY SINS

Published by Jan on

Hey if it is good enough for Brad Pitt…

“I have to have a diet plan in order to lose weight…the problem is one plan says don’t eat carbs, just protein and another plan says just eat carbs and no protein.. one plan says no fat and another plans says eat bacon grease. It’s overwhelming so then I just keep eating and gaining weight.”

This was a statement made recently by a good friend of mine, who also told me that she was going to go to the doctor because her feet were always hurting. I brought to her attention the 30 extra pounds she has been carrying over the past year could be the cause of those tired puppies.

Does this sound like you?

Seriously, in this age of information, we should all be somewhat of nutritional experts and know what a healthy diet consists of. If not simply listen to your own bodies messages to you.

How many ways does your body thank you after downing a McDonalds cheeseburger?

NO… Please don’t tell me, it was just a metaphor… I don’t want to hear the details. Your body, if you know how to listen to it tells you exactly what it needs. Our senses have just been dulled by multi-stimuli shooting out from every direction telling our minds we are hungry and should eat, when we are not really even hungry.

Losing weight without a diet is really THAT simple!

Listen to your body, and know when you are hungry and when you are just eating out of boredom, emotional stress, habit, or because it is a certain time of day.  When you overcome this obstacle the weight will come off…

without a diet plan.
