I just went into my google communities and looked up some “health and fitness” websites….

What I found there was shocking!

An array of pictures and websites of young men and women with these….bodies…I have to say that looked ridiculous to me. Almost to the point of grotesque, freakish and a little scary too.

Granted they have worked hard to achieve the massive muscles and extreme contrast between their waist and butt size. But it does not look natural.

Yes I know some women are born with butts that look like THAT,

and I used to be one of them, but things change as we age. It is one thing to manage our weight and maintain muscle tone, but to create a body that is so out of proportion is just not a goal that anyone can possible maintain for their entire life.

Is it ridiculous to think that 3 minutes of exercise can change your life and your body image?

Not when you look at the  extreme contrast…the extreme body, you might call it. To people like us who are just trying to lose the weight, keep our physical bodies in the best possible condition, it is discouraging, intimidating and an impossible looking goal to even start thinking about!

As for me I chose natural and 3 minutes incorporated into the day is as natural as it gets.
