I love core exercises!

I don’t know why, I just like the way I feel after and because it is usually immediate one day or less that my muscles feel the burn.

Also I know that if my core is getting tuned up I will also be aiding my entire body, by reducing belly fat, strengthening the support of my internal organs and lessening the strain on my back.

Here is a wonderful video I found that is fun and as you can see you can do them in the comfort of your home easily.
